Discourse Analysis: A Novel Technique for Qualitative Analysis

In this session Dr. Grenier will review Discourse Analysis as a rigorous qualitative method with practical applications to many disciplines. Dr. Foster will then discuss how Discourse Analysis was utilized for the re-analysis of a data set related to food security allowing for deeper understanding and new interpretation of findings.
