example.
2. Define internal consistency using the study in this article as an example.
3. Explain what level is considered adequate for test-retest reliability.
4. Explain what level is considered adequate for internal consistency.
5. Describe how test-retest reliability and internal consistency were assessed
for the study in this article.

Evaluation of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education: Application of Behavioral Theory and Survey Validation - http://www.jneb.org/article/S1499-4046(11)00613-0/abstractLearning objectives:
1) - Participants will learn how to identify and apply appropriate health behavior change theory to the development of measurement instruments used in research and evaluation.
2) - Participants will learn how to select the most reliable items in measurement scales using common item-analysis methodologies from psychometric theory.
3) - Participants will learn how to evaluate the construct validity of measurement scales using confirmatory factor analysis. Specifically, participants will be introduced to methods to assess the structure and measurement models of scales using Structural Equation Modeling.
